Refund policy
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or receive store credit. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. At this time, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on sale items or gift cards. Because ASHYA is a small operation, we do not offer refunds.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at hello@ASHYA.co . If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. We will notify you once we receive, perform a final inspection, and let you know if the exchange item was approved or not.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are constantly working to improve our service and available stock. We strongly encourage you to email us at hello@ASHYA.co with any prior questions or concerns. We also strongly suggest you precisely note measurements and scale of all products before purchasing. In the event of manufacturing defect, please email us at hello@ASHYA.co within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise.
